My dream job

Since I was little I’ve always wanted to be an actress. it was my biggest dream. I wanted to be singing on broadway like Barbara Streisand or act with Liza Minnelli etc. I used to wake up early in the morning to watch Singing in the Rain and sing the songs along. I’ve always dreamed to act in a huge theater. it’s like being on top of the world. The problem is I don’t know how to act at all and I know that you can’t be an actress in one eye  blink and that it’s a lot of practicing. I think I want to do this because my parents always took me to amazing theatres and these moments are my favorite times or when my parents used to work in the opera I used to come at the end of the show and I would go on the stage and bow in front of everybody and this was the best feeling in the world.

Where will I be in 10 years

I was born the 1st September 2004, my father is Russian and my mother is French, I spent most of my life in Russia (7 years ) an at the age of obviously 7 I moved to France.

While living in France, a lot of plans were made by my parents because they are divorcing. my father wants me to go to Russia but my mother wants me to stay but they don’t really want to know what I want. So maybe in 10 years I will be in Russia  because I really loved living there and the people were really nice.

My Dream Summer!

As you all know, summer is coming up and we are all planning out our summer break. But our vacation can be disappointing since there is so much to do right? I was supposed to go to South Africa with my grand-parents and my aunts. It was my dream! But I recently learnt that the trip was canceled because my grand-father had an accident, for example. If there wasn’t any obstacles or restraints (money, health, time…) and you could go anywhere, where would you go and with whom?

This is what I would do. I would travel the world with my best friend Vickie. We would go to Milan, Italy, then take a plane to Barcelona. We would sleep on a boat to go to Palma (a beautiful island off the coast of Spain) to do some amazing cliff diving. We would fly to Santorini in Greece for its beautiful culture and sea. We would visit Cappadocia, Turkey to spend the day on a hot air ballon. (Chefchaouen, Havana, Florence)

Who would be my 10 guests for dinner?

In my life I have met many people ( friends ,family, etc…), with different personalities. The first category are the people I lost contact or hardly see in daily basis. The second category are the people I have never met ( famous actors, singers, geniuses…). For these reasons, I would love to have a great dinner in my dinning room with the 10 people I like the most! This would be my guest list:

  1. My BFF with whom I could tell all my secrets!
  2. Neil Amstrong, he is such a facinating astronaut! One of my passions is Space, so we would have really interesting discussions!
  3.  My grandmother so she could remind me all my good manners.
  4. Leonardo Dicaprio because he is such a good actor with such good looks.
  5. Celine Dion because she sings so well and her songs are beautiful!
  6. William Shakespeare, I really love his writing style.
  7. Zorro, because he is my favorite character in Disney and he would protect us from evil bandits!
  8. My family from the USA because I rarely see them.
  9. Anne Frank because her story is so inspiring. I really admire her.
  10. Finally, I would invite Martha Stewart. With her amazing event planner skills, she would organize the most memorable dinner of my life.

My dream job

One of the main ideas that has been going through my head since the beginning of middle school is that later I would like to wake up every morning thinking about what a great job I have. The job that I would love having is sport-journalist. Every time I see a sport-journalist, I just think how lucky they are doing what they do. And how hard they worked to arrive up there. For example when I want to work on my French I think of my dream job and that motivates me 10 times more my grades. I would love to be a sport journalist because, well, I love sport and I’ve been doing sport even before I was born ( my mum always told me thatI was the one who messed the most around in her tummy like if I was playing soccer). And second of all compared to what my teachers think I love writing. I’ve even written 3 “books “ of around 50 pages each. I really think that sport journalist is a job that would suit me and I would love, waking up every morning telling myself “ Wow, William you’re a real sport journalist”

My dream job

Many people don’t know want they want to do when they grow up, some know and others don’t. I’m part of the people who know what they want to do, it just seems as my destiny was perfectly traced. Well I want to become a vet. All my life I loved animals and I found that becoming a veterinarian is just the perfect job. In fact I might be going to Kansas to do my internship in 3ème. What you need to know overall is that animals have heart and sometimes it need to be fixed and I want to be the one who fixes it.

The perfect school trip

If I could choose any destinationin the world for a school trip it would be Hawaii.

Firstly because I never went there and it would be a really good experience to go there with my class and with friends I would have more fun if I went with friends than if I went with family.

Secondly because my dream destination is Hawaii.

Finally because Hawaii is a destination where it is very hot and I dont particularly like when I go to a cold country.

My ultimate class trip!!!

Day 1:

We wake up at 4 a.m., eat and take the bus to Charles de Gaulle airport: a 5 hours flight in an Airbus A380 to Astana Actaha (Kasakhstan). We arrive at Astana Actaha at noon. Then, we take the bus to the world-wide known, ex soviet space-launch facility: Baïkonour.

Day 2:

We board the Soyouz rockets and take off at 6,30 a.m. sharp in 11 simultaneous lift-offs. It will take us until noon to dock to the International Space Station (ISS). Once safly aboard the station, we have lunch and spend the rest of the afternoon experiencing weightlessness and micro-gravity.

Day 3:

EVA trip: we are going to test the effect of microgravity on humans by doing an Extra Vehicular Activity (EVA). We will then make a tour of the station from the outside to check for any problems or malfunctions (dead signal lights, depressurization, meteor damage…)

Day 4:

We are now going to take photos of the earth from the station to compare them to older photos to understand the evolution of the green house effect. Then it is leisure time: we can skype to our families, play video games, watch movies or just take time to appreciate micro-gravity…

Day 5:

It is the last day of our trip. Time to get ready for the Big Departure. Every thing must be prefectly tidy for the next space mission. That includes washing the loo, stowing any random flying object, preparing the soyouz modules for our future 400 km dive towards Earth…

Day 5:

We wake at 9 a.m., eat and board the Soyouz. At T-10 seconds, we shut the hatch once and for all. Then we start the descent and land in the middle of nower (taht is: the steppe of Kazakhstan).

A Cruise Through Asia

Day 1: First, we would take the plane to go to Hong Kong. We would visit the city and historical places like the Tian Tian Buddha or the Victoria Peak. At the end of day, we’d take the bus to go to the coast and get on a cruise.

Day 2: The next day would be a day to discover chinese food! We’d get off the cruise for the day and go a traditional breakfast, lunch and dinner place. Between meals, of course, we’d have free time to walk around the coastal city of China!

Day 3: The third day, the cruise would take us to South Korea. We’d take a bus to go to Seoul and, as we did in China, visit cultural places of the city like the Gyeongbokgung Palace and the N Seoul Tower. We would sleep at a hotel for the night.

Day 4: The next day we would eat Korean food all day because Korean food is the best! We’d have Korean noodles, kimchi fried rice, bibimbap and samgyeopsal… yummmm!! After dinner, we’ll get on a bus to go to the cruise.

Day 5: The last stop will be Japan. We’ll go to Tokyo and visit the Imperial Palace and East Garden and shop at Nakamise, one of the oldest shopping centers in Japan.

Day 6: The last day we’d have the prefect Japanese lunch and go to the Tokyo airport and go back to France.

School trip

If my class and I could go anywhere in the world, I would want to go South Africa, more specifically Cape Town. It would definitely take a bit of time to go there but it would be worth it. Our schedule for the week would be the following:
Monday: we would probably be tired so we would take it easy with a nice day at Boulder’s beach where we would also go snorkeling and discover so many beautiful creatures.
Tuesday: we would hike to the top of Table Mountain to have a magnificent panoramic view of the ocean.
Wednesday: we would go visit Robben Island and we would even be able to visit Nelson Mandela’s prison cell.
Thursday: we would wake up at the crack of dawn to go on a safari. We would see elephants, lions, giraffes, rhinos, and any other animal you probably saw in the Lion King.
Friday: we would go to the Kirstenbosch National Botanical Garden. The breathtaking views of nature would make us instantly fall inlove. It was even the first botanic garden in the world to be included within the natural History Heritage.
Saturday: we would go surfing at the beach. For those who would dare, they could also go shark cage diving and come as close as a meter away from one of the deadliest sea creatures on earth…
Sunday: it would be our last full day so we would of course go visit the majestic Victoria Falls! We would then pack up, and fly back home…
Where would you have liked to have gone?
